Sister Nivedita School is a co-educational institution affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), offering classes from Nursery to Grade XII.
The school is named in honour of Sister Nivedita, the renowned social worker, saint, and disciple of Swami Vivekananda, reflecting a legacy of dedicated service and commitment to social progress. Established in 1989 by Dr. Velchala Kondal Rao, an eminent educationist, linguist, poet, and former Director of the Telugu Academy, the institution has consistently upheld high standards of academic and moral excellence. Sister Nivedita School follows a proven approach centred on activity-based, experiential, and competency-based learning — the foundation of CBSE’s progressive educational framework. Application forms are issued by the School Office in December each year for classes where vacancies are available. The registration fee, once paid, is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
